Because our coffee is a perishable, consumable product roasted and shipped fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations Due to our made-to-order roasting process, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
